You can create what is called a "message rule" which, under certain
circumstances, moves mesages into pre-created folders based on a person's
name or certain text in the subject line. It isn't easy but it can be done.
Some time ago, David Ferrin created a very detailed description of how to do
this.
I believe that it might be on the web site under tips and tricks, but I'm
not 100% sure of that.
I got it from him long before he even created that site. If, for any
reason, you don't find it up there, let me know and I'll send a copy of the
instructions to you.
