Hi
It all started out innocently enough with installing the software for my
new network printer. Then I started receiving messages about missing software.
So, I contacted HP and they told me to reinstall the software in a specific
way. It sounded logical so I did it. after this my laptop refuses to talk to
the wireless access point for my wifi. I am able to access the internet through
the hard wire DSL connection. How do I get the computer to access the wireless
access point?
I am running vista home addition, the latest IE and JAWS 9. O, I am also
running Norton's.
Any ideas are appreciated.
