Unfortunately, I am not able to give you any suggestions on how to fix your wireless problem with VISTA. However, I can tell you that you are not alone. My husband and daughter both use VISTA and constantly loose their wireless connection. It has happened after installing new software like a printer, and even VISTA updates. They sometimes can fix the problem by establishing a new wireless profile, and sometimes my husband has had to reset the router profile. My daughter's wireless went down again last Tuesday or Wednesday, and my husband still cannot figure out what the problem is.

Then I started receiving messages about missing software. So, I contacted HP and they told me to reinstall the software in a specific way. It sounded logical so I did it. after this my laptop refuses to talk to the wireless access point for my wifi. I am able to access the internet through the hard wire DSL connection. How do I get the computer to access the wireless access point? I am running vista home addition, the latest IE and JAWS 9. O, I am also running Norton's. Any ideas are appreciated.
