I would suggest what they describe as "Automated and instant CAPTCHA image
solving" equates to OCR as the output they generate is the text content for
us to input . Any  controls they deploy are equally available to Freedom
Scientific.,

We don't know that Webvisum uses OCR. And even if it does, it is tightly
controled.
