Ok, next question then. The boxes for either program don't appear on screen
after the computer has started. This is the way it has been but they still
appear checked in the start-up list. My goal is to make sure they aren't taking
up any time during start up. Should I just assume they aren't eating up any
time or slurping up any start-up juju, since they aren't technically starting
up despite being in the msconfig start up list?
