Hi All, I would like to thank everyone who responded to my Charter Communications question. I guess my best bet is to download their suite and try it out for myself to see how I like it. Again, thanks for all the advice and input. Take care.

Anyway I downloaded Spybot and Spyware Blaster from the Blind Computing website and they made me crazy. Will write about that in a separate letter. I used to have Norton and was able to use it minimally with the help of Hot Spot Clicker but at least it made me feel safe. Any advice welcome. It is kind of hard to get set up initially and the pop-up windows are not very JAWS friendly. It is very slow in doing a full system scan; but then again, my computer is only 1.8 MHZ. You have to use the JAWS cursor to read most of the windows; but, It is free and a full service internet security suite.
