I normally initiate the process using the context menu from within windows
explorer, and if, for example, I tell it to open a DVD image, etc., then
once it's open, hit the alt key to activate menus, then go left/right to
find things like audio, video, navigation, hit the down arrow, and under
something like audio tracks, you should find a list of possible tracks etc.
etc.
I see that in it's preferences dialogue, it does have a list of hotkeys, but
that dialogue isn't accessible as such, so not sure what they all are.

I downloaded the software as Lino suggested. But I don't know how to make
