Hi Alex,
If you are using Office 2007, it does not support Outlook Express,
and that is the reason for only the French language showing up.
Microsoft changed the files, and apparently French is the only one that
work
with Outlook Express.

Alex,
When you get to the language choice, it should be a combo box. Hit the
space bar and you should be able to up arrow to English. Mine only shows
4
different languages to use for spell check.

Since I'm having a major Outlook problem at the moment, i'm forced to use
Outlook Express. This is not really a big deal. However, I like to have
my
messages spell checked before sending. Having checked this option in the
options dialog box, I find that the language I have selected to check
spelling in is French, and I don't seem to be able to change this. Any
help
would be most welcome. The spellcheck was working fine in Outlook 2007.
