Another question then. I have AVG 8, the free version, on my computer. That's all I have. It's struck me as odd that I don't get warned about malware or viruses at all, except on a very rare occasion. My boyfriend has about 4 programs on his computer for protection and he's catching things right and left. And he even uses his computer less than I do. How many programs does it take to keep a computer adequately clean from malware?
My BF uses all sorts of inaccessible programs since he's sighted, so I'll have to check this recommended suggestion out, as well as some others. I guess I'm just wondering, though, how many malware programs you avid computer users have on your computers? At least 4? More than that? Less than that?
