Since you said that the screen is black with only the mouse pointer on it, I can only assume that this does have to do with the video, however, it may also have to do with having the two screen readers and the screen magnifiers installed at the same time. Have you confirmed that the two magnifiers aren't starting at the same time? As for updating the video drivers, one only needs to know the model number of the video card, then going to the ATI site and looking for the customer support for that model video card. You may actually get lucky and find an automatic detection system on their page to find out if there are any downloads available for your model card. In any case, it's just like installing any other update, and you will have to restart your computer once the update is done. You may also wish to uninstall the other accessibility software in the hopes of pinpointing which is the one giving you the problem. For example, start by installing Window Eyes first instead of the others, that way you can pin point whether it is the drivers being installed by Window eyes, and also pin point which of the other software titles are not playing nicely with Window Eyes.
