rdp and vnc are two ways of basicly logging into a machine to normaly do
administrative things. SSH is sort of the same thing but it's a text baced
method. using vnc and or rdp or remote desktop as it's called, you can
actually see the person's desktop just as if you were sitting at the
computer.
