It has been awhile, but GoDaddy used to have a message on their site that
said that if you are visually impaired, to call a special number and they
would help you.
I know that is no excuse for offering an accessible site, but I have called
the number in the past and I was very impressed with the service I received.

HI all. Does anyone use a domain name registrar that is not godaddy? I
need
to transfer my domain from there to some registrar that has control panels
for domain administration that doesn't have difficult to use, unwieldy
interfaces full of all kinds of incredibly well thought out offers to take
my money. I just want a registrar that has a more accessible interface and
less than 50 million ads per page. If anyone uses such an animal, please
