They have good service once you get someone on the phone, but my wait times are way too long there, and they usually want to try and walk me through something on the site. Unless you are a JAWS virtuoso, it's impossible, and I find that even if you are a jaws virtuoso, it is a major pain in the neck to do anything on their site. Nothing is intuitive to find on there at all, and I have to wade through waist deep spillage of ads and special offers to fleece me out of the money I work very hard to earn before I can find the obscure corner of each page that contains what I need so that I can get down to business.
