Chrissie, I'm afraid to inform you that your JAWS version is far from supported when it comes to Windows Live Messenger 2009. You need at least the current build of JAWS 10, 10.0.1142, to use it. I wonder if David or the other moderators could upload the version of Miranda that is configured for screen readers?
