Parham: The short and direct answer to this request is its not permitted by US law to do what you are proposing here. Any US citizen getting caught would be prosecuted and found guilty, would spend who knows how many years behind bars helping out someone they don't even know. Its not going to fly telling the judge, I don't know who he is? Anyone even thinking of doing such a thing better think again. With the advances of law enforcement technology, it would be so easy to trace this type of unlawful transaction.
