Hi Jacob. Thanks for your reply. I do want it to say blank during SayAll. SayAll seems to strip hard returns from the text before it speaks it. Bummer. It would really help me to be able to hear these during SayAll. I would call FS tech support, but I know as much as they do about configuring JAWS and I've found that they've seldom been able to help me with stuff like this. They're really good for video intercept issues and the like, but I've stumped them in the past when it comes to microsoft word and how to get things to show on a braille display or be read by the synthesizer.

When I open a document using word 2003, if moving up and down in normal mode using the cursor keys, it does say blank, but if I use say all, it doesn't read them. I normally turn on quick keys using jaws key + Z if I just want to read a document since this then allows you to use similar navigation keys as IE to browse the document, but I don't really think this is relevant.
