Hi Jacob. Thanks anyway. I appreciate your time. -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Jacob Kruger Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2009 3:59 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] say all say blank lines in microsoft word
Well, FWIW, just tested it using word 2003 etc., and when I tell it to say all, it does in fact only say the first blank, and then just pauses very slightly between paragraphs etc., but pretty sure that's something to do with the jaws scripts for word itsself since I see there's an overriding function for SayAll therein, but not sure what else to look for since don't know jaws scripting well enough. This was after setting the checkbox for say blank during say all in the configuration manager for word as such, which I found under the set options menu, as say all options... Alternatively, you can just read paragraph by paragraph by using the Ctrl + down arrow key combo, and this would let you sort of know where each blank would have been, but is a bit of trouble if reading a large document etc. etc. Stay well Jacob Kruger Blind Biker Skype: BlindZA '...fate had broken his body, but not his spirit...' ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tony Hernandez" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2009 8:31 PM Subject: Re: [Blind-Computing] say all say blank lines in microsoft word > Hi Jacob.
