The names of these two folders appear to be a series of hexadecimal numbers.
Do you have any clues to their origin?

Have you tried the applications key to delete the folders?  Place your
cursor on the folder you want to delete, Press the application key which is
situated to the left of the right control key and arrow down to delete and
press the enter key.  That should take care of the problem.
