Hi Trepan Singh,
Windows XP is notorious for not letting you delete files and folders. I've
had several instances where I couldn't delete folders and files. Here's a
easy to use program that will do the trick for you.
Unlocker for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003
The program is free ware.
You can read about the program from this web site:
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/
You can download any previous versions for Windows 2000 / XP / 2003 / Vista
From this website:
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/old/
Hope this helps solve your problem.
Brian

drive
Hi sir, I'm using xp2. Actually it seems to me that they're file. But
whenever I press delete key on the object the system says "do you want to
remove this folder?" Whenever I press space bar to confirm delete the
object, following dialogue appears-
"Error delete file and folder dialogue, can not delete... access is denied
make sure drive is not right protected and file is not currently in use."
When I press enter on it, the system says "access denied"

Hi Trepan Singh,
Which version of Windows are you using?
It is always helpful to have as much information as possible.
