Hi Tony,
In Windows XP, that is a SAPPI error, but I can't say for sure about Vista.
I would try researching this on the Microsoft Knowledge Base.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] directX games with error 429

Hi all.

I'm having trouble with my audio games. None of them will play. Every single
one of them produces an error 429, which states ActiveX component can't
create object. I've researched this probem and narrowed it down to
unregistered dll files. Does anyone have any experience with this? If so,
can you tell me which DLLs I need to reregister? I don't just want to
reregister all my DLLs because there are thousands of them, and I have found
that this can sometimes go wrong and cause other problems. Is there
somethign I need to reinstall other than directX to accomplish this. I've
already tried downloading and reinstalling directX. This is all in Vista. I
hope someone can help. I'd be exceedingly grateful. Thanks in advance.
