[Blind-Computing] When I.E. 7 gets launched

with win xp serv pack 3:
When i.e. 7 gets launched I hear, as it's launching:
"feeds treeview feeds closed"
This is somewhat new behaviour.  It doesn't adversely affect anything, but is a 
bitof an annoyance while I'm
waiting for a page to load.
Any ideas why this is happening, and if there is a fix???
