Do you use RSS feeds? I am a heavy user of the IE feed reader, and I hear
the same message whenever I launch IE 7. I suspect that JAWS is reading the
traces of my previous feeds session. I'm not sure there's anything you can
do about this behavior.

This is somewhat new behaviour. It doesn't adversely affect anything, but
is a bitof an annoyance while I'm
waiting for a page to load.
