All of them except CTRL+Alt+F4, on my machine at least, works in Vista. One
modification though; to bring up the taskbar, press windows+t.

Good.
Assume that also means the few other windows key combos work as well, like
windows + B for system tray, windows + E for windows explorer, windows +
tab
for focusing on the taskbar, and, obviously, windows + M for the desktop?
On some computers, the key combo of ctrl + alt + F4 also used to bring up
the shutdown dialogue, but not all of them.
Stay well

Yes it does Jacob. Press Windows+R in Vista and the run dialogue box
opens.

Does the windows key + R still bring up the run dialogue in vista?
I ask since this is an alternative way of starting up narrator in XP,
since you hit windows key + R, type in narrator and hit enter.

Does anyone know how to disable Narrator from running at startup?
It's not listed in the startup group, or services.
