[Blind-Computing] how do you search through favourites

Hi list,
I have been wanting to search for a particular bookmark in my list of 
favourites. I have tried the Windows search of F3, but didn't get very far. 
What is the best way to search for a specific favourite?
I am using Jaws 10, XP home and I.E 7.

P.S I am not sure of the exact title of the favourite either, only some of the 
words in it.
