On your local disk C:, if your documents and settings folder is showing 
there, for each user on the computer there'll be a favorites folder under 
it, and if you focus on/in it, hit ctrl + F.

If it doesn't show - should generally - you might have to go into the folder 
options dialogue off the tools menu, go to the view page and in the advanced 
list try turning on things like viewing hidden folders etc.
