[Blind-Computing] problem regarding unable to play videos in internet explorer 8

Hi friends, I've ie 8 and am unable to play videos. although i've flash player 
10, real player 11 and latest verson of java install in my system, it shows the 
following error-
Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash 
Player.
 Get the latest Flash player.
any kind of help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
