>From around jaws 9 upwards, when you hear that prompt relating to a tooltip, which is generally generated by an icon in the system tray, if you just hit the left mouse button - by default, the the slash key on the mumpad soon enough after hearing the prompt, it should click on it for you, which will generally bring up a dialogue relating to the message.
