What file types are your pictures saved as? To put them into an email they will need to be in a format such as .jpg, .gif, etc. If your pictures are all just in a .doc file then you won't be able to use those to put into an email. If the pictures have already been pasted into a .doc file then I believe you can't use them. I think that's the case.
