Hi Francis,
Go to the control panel in you computer or in startmenu settings/control
panel, there is regional and language,, Pres there shift tab to the name of
the card, one arrow right key tab there is settings, Pres a space-bar,
there you'll see the languages, which are installed, but press tab key
until you aren't on a button add. With this button you'll add more
languages, you must close after both dialogs and change keyboard with alt
shift.
I hope this helps.
With best regards,

[Blind-Computing] Changing keyboard
layouts

When I used the DOS operating system back in 1988 I was able to change
keyboard layouts so that I could change to a United Kingdom keyboard or a
french layout. Now that I am using Windows XP I need to change keyboard
layouts for Spanish and French and wonder if there is a way to do this in
Windows.
Any help would be appreciated.
