I haven't had much experience in this direction, first of all. At any rate: I'm wondering if a cleaning job isn't called for.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Duxbury And Braille Embosser Settings

Hello all. My friend uses Duxbury braille translation software and a Romeo Pro 50 embosser. Recently, her finished braille documents have unfirm dots, in other words, the braille is not sharp and easy to read. My question is: might this have to do with settings in the translation software or perhaps on the braille embosser itself.
Any help with be much appreciated.
Thanks.
Pete
