I really like jawter, I have tried several others but this is my fave. You
can find it at http://randylaptop.com/software/jawter-2/
Of course you can only use it if you are a jaws user. It is also a little
tricky to install, but the readme file is fantastic and will take you
through step by step. Otherwise, I like www.accessibletwitter.com
