I don't think it is installed automatically in the XP Home Edition. You can,
however, install it from the XP CD. (I'm assuming that you can do that on a
Netbook, but I actually don't know that.)

1. Insert the CD Rom and navigate to CD-ROM Drive:\VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP

2. Launch the Ntbackup.msi file to start the wizard that installs Backup

3. When the wizard is complete, choose Finish.

Does anyone know the file name of the Backup utility in XP Home?  I tried to
