You isn't lying.  I looked at that utility section.  And downloaded at least
4 useful Tools.

Thanks for that info. I have been wanting to install the window 
backup on my wife's laptop, but have been putting it off not knowing 
exactly what to do to get it off the original XP CD.

I have to do a better job and pay more attention to all the efforts 
that David and Rick provides for us at their sites. There is a wealth 
of information there.
