Trepan, This is "user account control", an d as you say it's a pain. You can turn it off by typing: user account control. Into the search box at the top of the start menu. This will take you to a screen where you can turn it off.
Cheers
Alex

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Problem with windows vistas

Hi friends, I recently installed the windows vistas, in every performing
tast, such as installing, copping, deleting ETC. it asks the permission from
us. Is there any solution by which it'll perform the task as windows XP?
