Make sure that you are using the 1, 2 or 3 keys in the the number row. The
1 on the NumPad with the Alt + Control keys would be the go to last cell in
the table command.

Hi Lois,
Select the text that you want as a heading,
then press alt + 1, for heading level 1, alt + 2, for heading level 2
etc.
