if you hit the alt key while adobe is open you can arrow around to check for updates when you hear it click on it it will say checking for updates if there any available it will list them you can arrow through them and use the space bar to select the ones you want to install tab to install it should say the updates are being installed you can continue to work while the installation is occurring as it is minimized to the system tray

this is how you can do this
