Hi Jason, I am running Office/Word 2002 Home, XP/SP3, & Jaws 8, 9, & 10 latest. This is how I place a folder inside another folder. 1. Open the original folder that you would like to create a folder inside of and make sure nothing is selected using the keystroke control + space bar. 2. Press Alt + F for the file menu. 3. Arrow up or down to " new " If new is not your first choice and press enter. When I open the file menu I press the letter " W " for new. 4. Folder should be your first choice and if it isn't arrow up or down to folder and press enter or you might be able to press the letter " F " to open the folder choice. 5. Type in the name of your new folder and press enter.
Now any time you want to place a file in this particular folder just open the original folder and use first letter navigation to get to your subfolder, press enter to open, and place it in there. Hope this helps. Take care. Within that folder, I have several files I would like to group together into a folder of their own within the existing folder. I have other files within the original folder, that won't be going within this subfolder. Is what I want to do possible? I think it is, as my university does it when they supply me with text books within a subject folder. And each book, then has each chapter listed separately within that book's own folder. thanks Jason For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/ For answers to frequently asked questions about this list visit: http://www.jaws-users.com/help/
