Hi rosemarie, First make sure the program's maximized with alt plus space followed by x. If that doesn't do the trick, pass the keystroke ControlNumpadPlus through to the application. In Jaws you would first press the "PassKeyThrough" keystroke which is JawsKeyNumRow3 followed by control numpad plus (which is the same as the PcCursor). This widens out the column display.
