It sounds like you're using jaws. Try closing OE and unloading and reloading
jaws. Launch OE once again and see what happens.

Hi, everyone,
Usually when I go into my inbox of outlook express, I'll hear the
sender's name as well as the number of the message but this time I'm
only getting the number of the message. For instance, I'll hear
something like "55 of 55" instead of the sender's name and then the
number of the message.
How can I remmody this problem?
Any help with this would be very much appreciated.
