[Blind-Computing] Terminating Windows Media Player

Hello all. I use Winamp almost exclusively. However, whenever I insert a disc 
in to my computer, Windows Media Player comes up and starts copying the files 
from the CD to my hard-drive. I do not want this to happen by default. How do I 
prevent Windows Media player from doing this.
Incidentally, I have Windows Media Player version 9 on my computer. Any help, 
as always, is much appreciated.
