Hi Mark,
What are you attempting to burn to the disk? Do you want to burn a movie,
data, ISO images, or something else? For all tasks except copying data, I
let the burning application do the erase, format, and burning? Are you
using DVD-R or DVD-RW media? What Operating System are you using?

Hi
How does a person burn a DVD? I have a DVD burner in my computer, and
I bought some blank DVD's. I put one in the drive and tried to format it
and the computer keeps popping the drive open and asking me to insert a
disk. Well, there is already the blank disk in the drive. What am I doing
wrong?
