Right ok. The license terms state that it's using the gnu lesser public license, which means that, apparently, everyone can make copies and distribute the software, so long as it's not modified I guess. I'll attach the file off list. Hope this helps.

Some programs are free, but the author of the software does not allow distribution in whole or in part without writtne permission.
