It sounds like you have " group messages by conversation " checked. To
turn
this off do the following.
1. While in Outlook Express and not in an open message press alt + V for
the
view menu.
2. You should land on " Current view submenu ". press enter here or press
the letter V to open this submenu.
3. Arrow up to " group by messages by conversation " and if this box is
checked press enter or the letter " G " to uncheck this box. By pressing
enter or the letter G this will also take you out of the menues. Hope

This message started after I have installed JAWS V10.
I didn't have this kind of message in the previous Versions.
