Hi Brian, You need to use an Email cleaning program to clean up all of the HTML crap that comes with information copied from a website page. The overview & download link of Email Stripper, an Email cleaning program,, is below. emailStripper is a free program for cleaning the ">" and other formatting characters out of your emails. It will restore "forwarded" or "replied" emails
back to their original state so they're easier to read. It's simple to use, and best of all it's FREE! http://www.blind-computing.com/e_mail/programs/emailstripper-installer.exe The reason you get Jaws saying " cell " is because of the HTML language. Also, below are the steps on how to use Email Stripper. 1. Open the Email and press control + F to forward it. 2. Enter to whom you are sending the Email to. 3. Tab to the subject line and press the home/7 key to take the cursor to the beginning of the line 4. Press the delete key to remove any FW: stuff that is in front of the message title. 5. Press the home/7 key to take the cursor to the beginning of the line. 18. Press control, shift, + end/1 keys to select the text from there to the bottom of the page and press the delete key to remove the crap at the bottom of the message. 19. You can proofread the message if you like to make sure it is the way you want it. 20. Shift tab and Jaws will say "copy". Press space bar to copy the message. 21. Press Alt + F4 to close the Email Stripper program after you have copied the message. 22. You should be back to your original message. Now press control + A to select everything here and press delete to erase that message because you are going to put a new message in here. 23. Press the control + V keys to paste the message you had cleaned up earlier using the Email Stripper program. 24. Now you can send as usual. Brian, I know this sounds like a lot of steps but, after you get the hang of it, it is really simple. Trust me. People will totally appreciate the fact that you are sending them clean Emails. I am not quite sure that I have answered all of your questions, but this much typing has quickened my visit to Doctor's Phils couch! LOL I hope this helped to some degree. Take care. The first problem I'm having is about 50% of the time when I send a message the message says: send as Unicode, I then tab once and get: send as is, If I continue to tab, it goes between those two choices until I send the message, and then the page goes blank and I have to alt tab back into the inbox window. How can I fix this? The second problem is that quite often when composing a message that I have copied and pasted into a new message I hear the word: cell and just as often in that kind of message it combines all the words into one line. I tried to paste the message into a word document and heard some thing about a table, which leads me to believe that some how the message is in some kind of table. Is there a way to stop Out Look Express from recognizing tables in a message, but not to affect a table that is being sent by attachment in a word document? If I send the message that is reading, cell, to myself it reads without saying the word cell, but the word cell, reappears if I copy and paste it into a new message. Any help in solving these problems would be greatly appreciated.
