Hi Mike,
Thanks for the help. I use a program called E Cleaner that does just about
the same thing. Cleans the headers out, removes the greater signs and will
reformat the words into paragraphs. Thanks again for taking the time to
reply.

Hi Brian,

I am aware of copying from the Virtual Cursor and glad you have learned
about it also, but if you receive Email messages that read " cell " and have
tables, using the program and steps that I provided you will alleviate all
of those problems of getting those messages you spoke of when trying to send
/ forward an email.. One other thing that is great about the Email Stripper
program is that if there are any links that lead you to a website or are a
shortcut to something, runnin the email through Email Stripper will keep the
links in tact/ they will still work after the stripping process for the
people you send the email to. Take care.
Mike

  Hi Mike,
Here's another answer I got and seams to be easier:
Just before copying to the clipboard,do an insert+V and hit V to virtual
cursor options and down arrow once and hit the spacebar to select and
  copy-from virtual
  cursor
and hit enter. When you paste all the formatting information will not
  interfere allowing a static pasting.

Thanks for the help any way.
  Brian
