Hi Chris, Thank you for your response. I did use the merge utility and none of the scripts that we made are working. For example; If I press the key combination control + 1, Jaws should say & type in our Arcadia email address, but Jaws just says " control 1 ". We have 5 other such keystrokes and instead of Jaws saying & performing the function, Jaws only says control and whatever number is pressed. Thanks much. Take care. Mike
