Are these personal scripts embedded in another script file for example the 
default? If this is so then no the merge function will not work as the 
default script files for 10 and 11 are quite different. Maybe this would be 
a good time for a tutorial on using sub programs and that kind of thing.

Hi Chris,

Thank you for your response.  I did use the merge utility and none of the
scripts that we made are working.  For example;  If I press the key
combination control + 1, Jaws should say & type in our Arcadia email
address, but Jaws just says " control 1 ".  We have 5 other such keystrokes
and instead of Jaws saying & performing the function, Jaws only says control
and whatever number is pressed.  Thanks much.  Take care.
