Kim, I'm thinking about getting an external sound card. Does yours have both
a line in, and line out jack? My new windows 7 sonny computer only has a
microphone jack, and it can't be converted into a line in one. I've never
had an external sound card, so if you want to write me off list and tell me
about it, I'd appreciate it. My email address is:
jazzpia...@verizon.net. thanks.

Sound Blaster is a real good sound card. I have an external sound blaster
card and have had it for several years and I really like it.
I find that an external sound card is better than an internal one.
But it is all in what you would be comfortable with.

Several people have mentioned a Soundblaster sound card for music. I'd
appreciate knowing what it is. Marilyn
