Talking BIOS? I don't know something about this. Think, how could do it
isn't possible, because ROM, where is BIOS saved isn't so big and it it'll
speak, you must have samples for speaking.
And next point is, that if I don't like some topic I don't read it.

I think, they built a motherboard with a talking BIOS, if I'm not mistake.
