Whenever I have an email with a link on it, and I try to go to that link within outlook I get this message. Outlook cannot open this link due to the restrictions on this computer. See your administrator. I'm that administrator. I didn't put any restrictions on outlook. How do I get rid of the restrictions I didn't put on outlook? Smile.
